What I am going to tell you about the Anthony Sicari label also applies to many other labels. First you must type the name correctly.
The first name is Anthony with a t. Like Ant - (honey). The family name is Sicari, ending in i, not y. Not like scary and mary. Like Ari. As in Arithmetic. Foreign names such as Maori, or hari kiri end in i. English words from Greek have a y at the end of the word, copying the Greek final Y. Sicari is an Italian family name.
What about Anthony with an h. However, when I typed it in incorrectly with no t, I got one reply on ebay. So by typing correctly and incorrectly, you might find an extra item.
When I typed the name wrongly, I did wonder why so few results. Then I realised what the problem was.
I tried typing it correctly again, not within Ebay but in Goggle, and, guess what - loads more finds - this time not on Ebay but on Etsy.
The same applies when you are selling. Some of your potential buyers might spell the name incorrectly. You might try listing with the correct spelling and the incorrect spelling. Unless you believe that only those who spell correctly keep looking and bidding. If the website is offering a reduction on the fee paid by sellers, or even no fee, or no fee if you don't sell, it may be worthwhile to add a listing.
You will get fewer readers, but also no or less competition from other sellers.
On the other hand, if you are hoping for a quick sale, at any price, go for the proper spelling.
COUNTRY & CHEAPER POSTAGE
If you have a second home or are searching when away on a trip you often find that the currency listed is local currency. Alternatively, the system has not caught up. You have not yet told it you have moved and the postage is for your old address - and your item could go there and be returned to sender from an empty house or sit with your aunt for a year, who loses it in her attic and forgets it or forgets to tell you. Meanwhile you are arguing with the seller who insistes it was signed for whilst you insist that it never arrived.
On many websites you get your own country first, which often, in the UK, has much lower postal costs. When I am in Singapore I sometimes get told the seller will not ship there. If you have two homes, switch addresses to get the best postal deals.
