  I was packing for a trip from cold England in January, stayng in New Zealand for three weeks January to February.  Did I need 21 day and evening otufits? I tried on complete outfits to see that I had boleros or jackets to match. I also checked accessories, shoes or sandals to match all the evening outfits, and an evening bag to go with all the colours. I packed both red solid shoes and brown sandals for daytime. Silver sandals for the evenings. Plus belts for skirts or dresses which were too long and trousers wwhich were too big around the waist. Matching Evening Bags I picked an easy to pack roll-up U-shape sequin shoulder bag for evening in goldy pink.  For a better match, I had a compact to pack, flat, silver foil-effect, square tote bag.   I packed enough outfits for a  different one every day of the week, and every evening. Seven summer daytime outfits. Seven evening outfits.  Plus the warm weather, red, Indigo Moon skirt, and mustard indogo Moo...

 Princess Diana wore a polkadot dress which was admired - and set the fashion. So did Kate. I picked out of my wardrobe (Americans say closet) a red polkadot blouse for day wear to a conference.
