  This advertisement for Pretty Little Thing was on a station in London in December 2020. I have some clothes of that label. The poster made me look them up. Pretty Little Thing clothes company started in the UK and is related to BooHoo. I also have Boohoo clothes. You can read about them on their website and in Wikipedia. Their Pretty Little Thing website in December 2022 shows clothes, sale items including a white puffer jacket and hood reduced to under twenty pounds, and storage boxes for cosmetics and clothes. This beautiful butterfly top was worn by my friend at Writers' Summer School at the Hayes Conference Centre in Swanwick, Derbyshire, England, UK. I stopped to compliment her on it and ask her where she got it. She said from BooHoo.  The colourful loose jacket upgrades a pair of pale blue jeans into an evening outfit. BooHoo I typed butterfly into Boohoo and did not find this item. However, I found 50 items featuring butterflies, from jeans to bikini tops. I found more on Amazon and Etsy.  Search Words - Such as Kimono I tried searching the word kimono which brought up something which had eluded me for years, how to find ankle-length outfits with wide sleeves to be sure they were large enough to go over my upper arms. I have been buying cape blazers from BooHoo in Britain and from China. They smarten up any evening outfit. Black and white are the most versatile colours. Black with a black skirt and lots of different outfits makes for something which won't show the dirt if you spill curry on your clothes in a restaurant. However, I have now started hunting for other colours. And styles. Capes which fit securely on the shoulders, attached to the bodice of a jacket, but reveal the arms are elegant evening wear, warm but smart and sexy. The style has crept into trouser suits. (AMERICANS say pant suits.) Next I expect skirt suits. Dresses with long capes attached have finally arrived. A long-standing friend of mine from a Toastmasters International club in Singapore showed, shared, on Facebook, a photo of herself i a blue cape blazer dress, worn by the mother of the bride at a wedding in Italy.   The Scarf - Shopping Scarf by Thomas Calvi, ten pounds, from a motorway service station shop between London and Swanwick, Derbyshire, driving back south. The Print You have to stand as I did, arms out, to show the full effect of the print. I chose a plain colour jacket in coral pink, picking out the colour of the scarf, plain rather than print to show the print on the edge of the scarf.  The Scarf Fabric The fabric is see-through and light-weight. It does tend to run easily. If I see a thread hanging, I cut it off before it can catch on something and pull tight. The Buttons This scarf is the same construction as the one in the previous photo. Two long oblong scarves hang, one over each shoulder. The two scarves are fastened together, down the front by three bottons, down the back by another three.
