A cotton petticoat is as good as a skirt, in fact, better, if you want something loose and comfortable. I ordered two of these petticoats from India, via ebay.com . One petticoat is in pale, lime green, which they call pista green presumably short for pistachio. The other one shown here is a darker green, which they call sea green. Fabric and Pleats The green petticoat ordered from India through ebay is in thicker cotton, with smaller pleats. The orange petticoat from Mustapha is lighter cotton fabric with larger pleats.
