Sequins seems suitable for New Year's Eve.  The Top The top is labelled atmosphere, which is a Primark brand. Size 16/44. The sequins are on the front. I found a similar vest tank top on Amazon in blue for only about ten Singapore dollars eighty six plus delivery. I saved it to Pinterest. The Jacket The jacket style is very smart. A wide stand up collar. Wide cuffs. The fabric has a gold thread.  On both sides of the collar and on each of the two cuffs are three five petal roses, with spirals of stand up satin ribbon surrounded by sequins. Six Chinese knot closures, each fastened by a loop of ribbon, are down the front. A placket ensures no gap. Both cuffs are fastened with similar Chinese knots.   The Jacket label is ROSEs. XXL.   Angela in orange outfit, dress of the day 305. Photo by Trevor Sharot. I am wearing the short, knee-length orange dress with the hibiscus pattern, which you can see in the previous post. I bought the dress from New Kim in Holland Village, Singapore, and it was cheap and short. Too short. As you saw in the previous post, it worked as a short, airy dress. But I was keen to add a petticoat. I intended to wear the petticoat underneath to lengthen the outfit. But first I tried putting the petticoat on top. This worked really well.  Petticoat You can see only the top half of the dress because, on top of it, I am wearing a cotton petticoat with a drawstring at the waist. The petticoat is one which I bought from Mustafa's department store, at a bargain price, under ten dollars. I bought petticoats in two colours of orange, plus a red one and a black one. I looked at the inexpensive and mostly plastic sandals in shops in Little India as we walked from the Little India MRT station. I could have stopped at a dozen shops. However, that would have taken up most of our time and energy. However, my focused husband was intent on sticking to our plan, which was to shop in Mustafa's department store for a large number of different items, starting with our food, ending with my shoes. Department Store Success So we continued to Mustafa's, which proved to be a great success.  I was looking for sandals, which are adjustable across the toes as well as around  the ankle. Why? To take on and off quickly, hurried in the morning, changing shoes and tired in the evening, changing for the swimming pool, and importantly, at security checks at airports.  Disappointing Display - Don't Be Disappointed I...
