  The colour contrast is dramatic. White buttons on black trousers. Or black buttons on white trousers. Transform boring black trousers into something new to wear, a fashion statement.  DIY Version They seam to have a white line, verticalling, maybe up the seam, or the front, as well as the line of white buttons. To create this look for yourself on old garments, you would need, ideally, eight buttons for each leg. Sew four below the knee, four above. Plus a line of braid, if you want to add that. Any colour of trousers, or a skirt, can be matched up with a white blouse by adding white buttons and braid.  You want to sew the buttons along the side, or up the front. Not at the back, norup the insde leg to the crotch, where they would be uncomfortable when you sit down, and the wear would detach them. I found something similar for women in all colours, on Temu. (Americans say pans. To the British pants means what Americans call underpants.) If you wear the skirt as I do, the two slits are at the sides. The pockets are centre front and centre back. CUTTING The pinking shears are my latest joy. I bought them from Spotlight in Singapore. Instead of the usual serrated edge like a series of small A or V shapes VVVVVVVV the shears cut a series of neat scallops like tiny of domes. It looks very neat. The white camisole top is by Choccolat. I concealed the revealing spagetti straps with a cover up denim mini-jacket.
