The colour contrast is dramatic. White buttons on black trousers. Or black buttons on white trousers. Transform boring black trousers into something new to wear, a fashion statement. 

DIY Version
They seam to have a white line, verticalling, maybe up the seam, or the front, as well as the line of white buttons. To create this look for yourself on old garments, you would need, ideally, eight buttons for each leg. Sew four below the knee, four above. Plus a line of braid, if you want to add that. Any colour of trousers, or a skirt, can be matched up with a white blouse by adding white buttons and braid. 
You want to sew the buttons along the side, or up the front. Not at the back, norup the insde leg to the crotch, where they would be uncomfortable when you sit down, and the wear would detach them.

I found something similar for women in all colours, on Temu. I particularly liked the orange trousers. They look loose and comfy and gathered at the ankle. The buttons were down both legs.
The prices ranged from just over eight pounds for the black to about 11.50 British pounds for the orange.

Another version of trouser leg pattern had embroidery of linked flower heads. Loads of colour options. Black Or white. Red. Powder blue. Yellow Purple. And more.. 
Neither the photos, nor the description, nor the customer feedback enightened me.
The pictures showed only one leg. So I was not sure whether the pattern was on both legs. 


The price changes according to which colour you choose, by a pounds or two, But reasonably priced, under ten pounds. At first I thought that must be because they did longer production runs of some colours. Later I thought maybe it reflected how quickly the item was selling. As the garments hand around, rather like in my nearby St Luke's hospice, the ones of designs or colours which don't sell are offered at a lower price.

Blue H & M Dress, dress of the day 393

But I had a white blouse, so I wore this. On the internet and on Facebook you can see lots of videos of how to tie a scarf, but mine is simply hanging, which partly obscures the cleavage.  Cleavage cover I had a choice. To insert a dickey or false front, also called a removable or detachable collar. I have one or two which are plain white.  The alternative which saves hunting for a matching dickey without distracting collar colours and embrodiery, is simply to add a fastening. I decided that a snap or press stud fastener in small size is qhich to fasten and unlikely to pull apart (as opposed to hook and eye. I read in the news today that the French have issued instructions on preparing a survival kit for householders.  Convenient Carry Bag Your house should have a bag you can carry, or sling in a car. Your handbag or tote bag or holdall should have a few essentials. When hiking I wear clothes with pockets and have a rucksack with have pockets water, food and sting relief, and insect repallent, and maps and phone numbers. I also put the hospital nubers in my phone. Survival Kit Everybody should have a survival kit by their door, as well as a first aid box in the bathroom and a burns kit in the kitchen. Also clothes!
