 I was impressed by this striking colourful dress with the matching hat. It is African style, made with cloth from Nigeria. The girl wearing it told me her aunt had sewn it for her using Nigerian cloth, brought back from Nigeria.  The hat is a piece of cloth, or scarf, would around and tied.
