Animals and plants hidden on your clothes' patterns - from delightful vintage Indigo Moon. Outfit 475.

A popular saying is that one man's meat is another another's poison.  My tastes in food have changed, so have my preferred patterns in clothes. How many of your clothes have interesting patterns which you have never noticed or have forgotten? Have your tastes changed?  I remember as a teenager being amused by skulls. Now that I am of retirement age, skulls remind me of my nearness to, well, never mind. I just don't like them any more.  Snakes no longer thrill me. I shugdder or wince, make faces.  Nor do I think crocodiles are cute. In real life as a traveller, and at home I have learned that they are a barrier to health and happiness and generally stop you in your tracks. I call it a dress because it is ankle length. My Taboos I must admit that twenty years ago I would never have bought an outfit featuring a wild animal. I did not like lions, tigers, snakes or snakeskin, or insects. I preferred plain colours and fancy collars to draw attention to my face and away from my body. Now, now that I am into taking full length photos, I look for eye-catching designs. Shock and Drama The dark colour of the design contrasting with the white background is the perfect complement to the wearer's dark hair. Complement with an e in the middle means match and compliment with an I means praise. Both apply here. The wearer of the dress bought three different tops at the same time.
