Style, fastened wrap. Thin, rolled, two piece tie belt from both sides, can tie at the back or front in a bow. The neck gap is fastened with a safety pin. The waist has a triangular end. Bought from St Luke's hospice shop in Hatch End, July 2023.  Fabric, stretchy. The Skirt Black. Waist length slip. Co-ordinates with the thin black lines in the top. The Sandals Touch and close, adjustable strap and wide front. Open toes.  Colour red. Free-step. Size 5. EEE. The Necklace Mother-of-pearl pendant, suspended on a triple  chain of with small red beads. Fastened with a pearl button slotting through a gap in the between strands of the chain. My cheapest sandals from Mustafa's. Sandals in silver gray, reduced price in Mustafa's 24 hour department store in Singapore. Brand Perleei. Photo by Angela Lansbury.  I bought two pairs of sandals in Mustaphas's. Both silvery gray. One had closure to tighten at the back strap, although not across the toes. The brand is Perleei La Sandal. The size 37. Price reduced. From over ten dollars to 5.90 dollars. An incredibly low price.  I was looking for sandals which are adjustable across the toes as well as around  the ankle. Why? To take on and off quickly at security checks at airports.  As I tried them on, I was thinking: But at this price, I could afford to use them as a pair and just wear them at home. Or to take a chance. Wear them until I found something better. Meanwhile, how did they feel?  Solid underfoot. Not flexible.  My pink Cheong Sam (Dress 193) comes out again for the Chinese New Year Dinner. We had a Chinese New Year lunch. Usually a New Year Dinner is held on the evening of the holiday.  The evening before? Yes. A bit like Christmas Eve or more like New Year's Eve in the common calendar on Dec 31st. Once again I matched up pinks. I wore pink lipstick.  This time the dress is worn with flat pink and purple shoes. The shoes might rub. I found white socks. For lunch time in the sunlight white seemed more suitable than sophisticated black for the evening. The pink cheongsam fastens diagonally from the neck with press studs and a pink double loop and a pink knot which goes through one loop.. The diagonal slit ends under the arm, but is extended by a invisible long zip down to hip level. I thought the shoes would rub my feet so I wore socks.
