Beautiful boots in black or red bring compliments - how to wash mud? . Outfit 331

Copyright.  I am still getting compliments, from men, "they are unusual,' and women, 'they are pretty,' about my boots.  I have these boots in black, and wine. The soles are thick and synthetic. But flat enough for comfortable walking around the city.  Because the soles are synthetic, they are washable. I wore them walking across a lawn and they became muddy with bits of gravel. A quick wash.  Dig out the gravel from grooves. How? Some bigger piece can be pushed out by flexing the boot sole and pushing with your fingernails.  But, I thought, you risk damaging your nail varnish, loosening your nail and it hurts,  Or picking up an infection. One answer is use a toothpick or cocktail stick.  I was afraid to dry them under a radiator in case the leather cracked. Or the soles cracked. I have had several pairs of shoes and sandals whose synthetic soles disintegrated, and crumbled.   Ruined shoes. Mess all o...
