 I bought both pink and red spectacles holders from a shop in Hatch End.  An opticians. Americans say optometrist. My husband had the red. I had the pink.  We looked at two styles. The ones which looked like fabric rope were thinner and lighter and cheaper. We thought the plastic ones looked plastic. They might crack or snap. As well as being heavy. The other opticians in Hatch End had more elaborate ones at higher prices.  If you are willing to pay about ten pounds, you can buy online a set of about ten in different colours.   Laundry bag from China. Photo by Angela Lansbury. Laundry Bag Styles I am looking for a laundry bag, a hanging laundry bag. I don't have room for anything freestanding. I already have two which need replacing.   The Basic Bag The dark, navy blue one came from IKEA. A dark colour doesn't show the dirt. In fact, the reverse, the blue has worn off revealing the white cloth. I could dye the bag, or conceal the pale patches with felt tip pen in navy. The bag was hanging from an almost oblong frame. How could I upgrade it temporarily? I had lots of leftover table napkins and antimacassars from my late parents, my uncle, the old lady from whom I bought a flat. A blue item could hang over the patch so the room looked good at a quick glance. Wording - Instructions Some bags just have the word laundry. Our bag had the message,  1 Fill bag.  2 Give to Mum. I have not yet visited Brazil, so my straw hat which has a hat-band advertising Ceara in Brazil must have come from the World Travel Market. The World Travel Market is a trade show held in November in London at a conference centre in the East End of London reached on driverless the monorail. The Elizabeth line will make the East End of London easier to reach. Brazil and Ceara Region The upward accent is on the second a, the last letter of the name Ceara. It is the acute accent, stressed. The language of Brazil is Portuguese, unlike the rest of South America which speaks Spanish. Hat Style The hat is the same shape as a fedora (shown in felt in Wikipedia) which has a crease from the front to the back on the crown. The brim curves up all around.
