Nails, nice nails! Post 224. White camelia, symbol of Chanel.

Chanel Flowers The nails with the all black bases have Chanel white flowers. The Chanel flower is a white camelia. It is on their bags and other items. Coco Chanel apparently put a real white camellia flower on her belt and liked it so much that she made an artificial flower the motif, the identifying motif, of her collection. Applying Nails Ang told me that she paid 58 Singapore dollars to have these gorgeous designs on her nails. It took about 3 hours.  She thought the price was affordable because it is a home business. The price was also good value because the nails last about 2 mon ths.  That sounds long-lasting to me. I used to have my nail painted professionally. Hand Washing Clothes Could Damage Fingernails. What's the cure - and Prevention?

 I hand wash a lot of clothes - then I have intermittent trouble with my nails. Last week I had washed a lot of clothes, using bleach. My nails started to irritate.  By the end of the day the whites at the top of my nails were forming arches down the sides of my nails which were coming away from my fingers.  Nail Problem Causes Now I knew what was causing my problem. Letting the bleach get to my skin, maybe. But also I was putting my hands in water too much. First swimming daily. Secondly, washing up by hand in Singapore. (In the UK I can use a dishwasher.) Thirdly, hand washing clothes. Firstly, Prevention I have several solutions, ways to prevent this happening again.  1 Put all clothes in the machine on a low wash.  2 Plumb in a dishwasher. 3 Wear gloves when washing dishes. 4 Wear gloves when washing clothes.
