The neck of the blouse was gaping. I pulled up the neck warmer. It raised the collar. It filled the gap. That moved the collar up to hide my craggy neck. The outfit looked neater because the neck warmer is hidden. You could do this with neck warmers, like short tubes. Of scarves. Use the neck warming device on top of the blouse but under the collar.
