How to turn leggings into a skirt. Turquoise blue skirt converted from leggings. Dress 328.

Would I have enough fabric? Would they look right? As you might have seen, I had already tried this on the pink pair. It worked well. If you have air conditioning or live in a cold country, warm and tight leggings might be more useful to you. But with spring and summer coming up, a look, cool skirt was higher on my agenda. Simply slit the leggings up the inside leg. I use pinking sheers. I cut carefully down one side of the seam, the back of the seam, so that the existing seam forms a neat edge near the front of the garment on both sides. The leggings brand is Srishti. They are 95% cotton, 5% spandex. Color turquoise blue. Size M. This is the second pair of leggings I have cut.
