The hat has a brim which is back of the face so that everybody can see her. on this occasion she is wearing pale blue.  The guards are in red uniforms. Red is easily seen. If you wish to wear the flag colours of red, white and blue, you can buy a big flag or scarf. Wear it just as a scarf, or add it to the front of a tee shirt.
