I found it discarded, rescued it, washed it. The colours are red, pink, green, slate blue, yellow. It is embellished with tiny round rhinestones. One of the males in my family asked, "Are they sequins?" I replied, "No. Sequins are reflective, shiny coloured discs which have holes in the middle, so you can sew them on." i looked them up. They can be made of metal or plastic. Sequin effect discs without holes which can be stuck on have a different name. Spangles. For rhinestones see later post.
