The Shirt
The shirt labels say:

size 10
65% polyester 35 % cotton
Made in Korea
Six snaps are on the placket, with a flat pearly button with four buttonholes at the collar. Two snaps are on each cuff.
The embroidery depicts two roses, two rosebuds in red, and nine green leaves on a green stem, A wavy v shape line outlines an imaginary yoke - no apparent fabric join on the back. However, on checking carefully, I found the yoke area is double thickness, to the embroidered part must be added on top of the solid base.

The snaps are a silvery metal. The flat snap part around the raised area has the word KANE.

If you are looking online the search words you need are Western wear.
If you are in the USA you are lucky. You can buy loads from specialists and from major department stores. From other countries the postage from the USA may be four times the cost of the item.
You could also consider buying snap buttons. How do they differ from press studs?
You should be able to fix them in with a tool which looks like pliers.
