Dress 424 Reversible dress and jacket reversed - the turquoise side, with a turquoise scarf

Reversed jacket.
I have bought several Chinese style jackets. They are quite expensive, about 35 dollars, so if I see a whole rack I try several styles, and several sizes, and then buy the best colour to suit my complexion, or the cheapest oddment if there is one. The jackets have fabric knot fastening. Knot fastenings look very pretty. They are less inclined to fall off than buttons. However, it often takes time and effort to force them through the buttonhole. Sometimes the knots are in contrasting colours. Multiple colours look designed and decorative on a plain colour dress. Multiple colours on a jacket look too fussy and distracting if your dress is patterned.

This style of jacket looks very luxurious, suitable for evening wear or dressy occasions, or just to look and feel glamorous, usually in a shiny satin effect, often with a pattern. Once I accidentally put one on inside out, with the plain shiny fabric inside showing on the outside. It looked so good that I wore it that way.

Reversible season and time of day
This jacket is black velvet effect which looks wintery. However, the lighter colour and fabric of the turquoise makes it wearable for summer. The bright colour also suits warm weather and day rather than evening.

eBay sells new and second hand clothing and accessories, bid and buy now items, options include postage included, and search results can be displayed sorted price plus postage low to high.

If there is a neck label on the inside, you might not want it to be visible. I can conceal a label at the back of the neck because I have long hair, hats, scarves. I also like to keep the label.

If I were to remove a neck label, I would want to keep it somewhere on the garment. Inside the pocket of a jacket. Inside a seam on a dress. Why keep the label? So you can buy from the same maker, buy another if yours is lost or damaged. Buy the same style again in another colour. Buy from a maker who produces styles or sizes which suit you. Look for other items to match in the same fabric. Buy other items in colours which are bright, or light, or seasonal. Sell items which raise more if the label is attached. Remind yourself of the maker to mention it when advertising. Some second hand sellers only buy specific labels.
