Post 474 blue blouse, makes my blue eyes smile

The Blue Blouse
It's a short sleeved blouse. I used think that short-sleeved blouses looked cheap. Like both the buyer and manufacturer were short of money. Cheap uniforms for shop girls. However, the pattern is irresistible.

The weather is hot. The blue looks cool. The green is fresh and suggests shade. The blouse goes perfectly over the sleeveless turquoise dress.

The dress is a mystery. No label.

However, I have a similar  slip, or dress, turquoise, rough fabric, single thickness, with spaghetti straps, label Karen Millen England. Size 12. Made in China. The label says 100% silk, lining polyester.
