508 Make A DIY Matching Mask Or Decorated Mask

DIY Matching mask

To make a matching mask, DIY, cut a tiny strip or strips from an inside seam or hem of your jacket or blouse or shirt or dress. Alternatively, find or buy a matching ribbon.

Decorate A Mask With Matching Material

Cut into a circle or square or diamond shape, or coil into a rose. Sew into the corner of a mask, or stick it onto the top left corner of the mask for it to appear on the right to onlookers and in the mirror and photos. A flat sewn on patch is easiest to wash.

If you are obliged to wear a black or blue or company colour mask at work, but do not have a work uniform, select a tee-shirt, top, jacket or outfit in a colour to co-ordinate with the mask.

A plain black mask could be worn with a plain black top. Alternatively, a dramatic black and white top, with a geometric pattern, yin-yang, or a cat on a contrasting background.
