Silver-Gray Sandals
I matched the suitcase with silver-gray shoes. (The British spelling is grey.) I bought the shoes at a reduced price in Mustafa's. I was looking for touch and close and these are firm across the toes. However, the ankle strap is adjustable and I find them comfortable. When I went back, I could not see anything like them again. The moral is, if something is cheap, buy the bargain in both colours. You have little to lose and lots to gain.

Samsonite Suitcase
Samsonite suitcases are named after the strength of Samson in the bible. Supposedly strong and sturdy suitcases and good quality. This one is Samsonite Lite. Somebody left it in the bin area. The inside was okay, the outside a little bedraggled with some stickers. 

However, there's often a reason why something is discarded. I soon found out why. The suitcase was leaving a trail of little black bits. The outsides of the wheels were disintegrating. 

Replacement wheels
A search on Amazon brought up many sets of replacement wheels. You need the right size and type of fixing. Prices ranged from 23 US dollars upwards. It might be cheaper to buy a new suitcase. Or to buy a cheap suitcase and switch the wheels to the larger or better suitcase. Or go into a luggage repair shop. If they say they can't get the wheels, pull them out of your pocket or show them the smaller suitcase inside the larger one. 

If you only have one broken wheel, one replacement is enough, so long as it is not a different size which could make the suitcase dip or wheel badly or zigzag.
If you have disintegrating wheels though the age of the suitcase or travelling from or to tropical countries or summer weather, then you need four which could be costly.

What is this? My repair.  I have a lovely shiny, smart black slip, from Marks & Spencers. It has a slit with pretty lace edging.  But it is slightly tight. What to wear for a funeral? A black funeral coat from Marks & Spencers Outfit 291

The invitation said nothing about the dress code.  I know lots of funerals nowadays people were mixed colours. Some specify wearing jolly colours. My friend at the funeral told me, "Always wer black. Unles it specifies otherwise, the rule is, wear black." I had my usual blue anorak with the hood with me. I left it in the car. In the boot of the car, in case anybody broke into the car hoping to find money in the pockets or because they wanted a coat to wear or sell. The safest thing is to leave a completely empty car. At least everything in the boot so the car looks empty. I could have kept the blue anorak in my black tote bag. I always found they had small size clothes, and were pracical as well as pretty, and keenly priced. Mine is vintage. Probably from st Luke's in Hatch End in NW London. You can buy from their current range online. Of their current range, in January 2024, i like the reversible gilet in wine and pink. Brand clockhouse. Standup collar. Zip. They call the colour purple.
