I was looking at Cargo pants with deep pockets, then recalled pickpocketproof clothing. 

I found this amazing useful idea on the website of Pocketproof clothing.

The Pocketbra

The Pocketbra has pockets in the cups, plus pockets in the sides. The price I was asked was 49.95 US dollars. I did not get as far as postage. It says free shipping with a star next to it. That might mean standard, slow shipping, or USA only.

Temporary DIY Travel Pockets

Of course, as I found out with inside pockets of jackets, and waistcoats under jackets, you need a blouse or teeshirt you can undo or lift quickly lift to get access to your money or keys, in private, or in public. 

You will have to think what you will do going through security at an airport. A metal door key inside a bra would cause a little inconvenience. 

On the other hand, just for jogging, or on a crowded train, this might be the right thing. Even dancing ina discotheque.

If you can't afford the money or the time to wait for delivery, you could try making your own pockets inside a double thickness belt, knickers, socks, cap or bra. 

You would need two identical fabric belts, bras or bikini tops or shorts. Sew them together. Leave a horizontal or vertical gap to add in a zip or other closure. Sew a line or two vertically or horizontally to prevent your concealed coins, cards, keys or other items rolling around to places in your created space which are inconvenient, painful, obvious or inaccessible.

Unless you are an expert with a sewing machine, it's possible that the professionally made item will have firmer seams and more secure fastening and durable fabric, and saving you time and trouble.

What is this? My repair.  I have a lovely shiny, smart black slip, from Marks & Spencers. It has a slit with pretty lace edging.  But it is slightly tight. Blue H & M Dress, dress of the day 393

But I had a white blouse, so I wore this. On the internet and on Facebook you can see lots of videos of how to tie a scarf, but mine is simply hanging, which partly obscures the cleavage.  Cleavage cover I had a choice. To insert a dickey or false front, also called a removable or detachable collar. I have one or two which are plain white.  The alternative which saves hunting for a matching dickey without distracting collar colours and embrodiery, is simply to add a fastening. I decided that a snap or press stud fastener in small size is qhich to fasten and unlikely to pull apart (as opposed to hook and eye. Period Pants from Marks & Spencer & More, post 345

Period pants from Savida. Pants, UK. In the USA they would be called underpants. They come in two colours, black or dark blue with a mottled effect. They are triple layer. Could be useful for hiking and travelling. Or when you have a cough.  A pack of three full briefs for fifteen pounds. I then googled period pants and found lots of results.  Marks Marks & Spencer do a pack of three containing three different colours, black, white and pink, for sixteen pounds.  They also do different absorbencies. The options range though light, heavy, and extra heavy. And more styles, such as pantaloon style, like short tight shorts coming half way down your thighs.
