I like contrast colour collars and cuffs. Lively. Smart.

The Blouse's Cut Label
The label on the blouse has been cut to disguise the maker's name. This is done by the maker when the garment is a reject or last year's fashion being sold off cheaply. The label is cut to prevent the buyer of reduced price goods reselling it at the full price or a reduced price) and another customer thinking they are getting current year's top quality goods when the item is not perfect and up to date. If you like vintage clothes, and cheap prices, that doesn't matter. But if you are hunting for more goods made under the same label it is frustrating.

The Ribbon
I bought the narrow, silky, rainbow ribbon from Daiso in Plaza Singapura in Singapore. Daiso has branches all over the world. I know the price. Two dollars. Everything was the same price in some branches of Daiso - two (Singapore) dollars. Besides, I kept the receipt in the box with the ribbon. 

When I searched online I found different kinds of rainbow ribbons from Amazon and Spotlight. I like this version which gradually changes colour.  A narrow ribbon ties neatly into a bow.

I recently started putting on belts or ribbons as belts on tee-shirts to create a more tailored and official look for zoom meeting and photos.

About nine dollars, reduced. Vivid colour, striped along the whole length, stiff woven, looks like a rucksack strap, maybe good if you attach a buckle to make a belt.

Stripey Red & White Socks, thigh high, and tights - outfit 679 by Angela Lansbury

  I bought a pair of knee high red and white stripe socks in St Luke's charity shop. At one pound or under, you can't lose much. (Their charity fundraising shops are in NW London in Hatch End, Harrow Weald and elsewhere.) Why did I buy the long socks, in hard to match, garish, childish, stripes - after hesitation and consideration? The Advantages Of Long Socks The  length was attractive, at this time of year. I often need long socks under a midi skirt. For warmth in winter. And not to show bit of bare legs above socks. To co-ordinate colours. Advantages and Disadvantages of Red and White Stripes I like red. It's fun. White can show dirt quickly.  Red and white is a bit restrictive.
